Abstract

We describe the case of a 13-year-old patient with T-cell lyrnphorna-leukemia in stage II of differentiation, and who initially presented with renal failure due to uric nephropathy. The possible pathogenic mechanisms of this renal complication in lyrnphoproliferative processes are discussed.
