Abstract

Many articles about the sensitisation to very different food antigens have been published after the first article written by Filkenstein in the early years of this century. Food allergy affects to 5-8% of people. The prevalence of only cow milk intolerance range from 0.3 to 7%. The aim of this work is to assess the most relevant data of our patients collected during the last five years. Besides, we studied the diagnosis efficiency of the determination of IgE specific antibodies to the several cow milk proteins.
