Agreat number of hypotheses exists in the sanitary field in such a way that this will be the supreme core of conflicts between conscientiousness and law in the near future. The concept of conscientious objection is meant to be analyzed in this review propose some hypotheses in the sanitary field, revise its juridical framework and attain a brief ethic analysis.
