Abstract

Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomielitis (OCMR) is a rare disease of children characterized by aseptic inflammation in the metaphyses of long bones and usually in clavicles, however lessions can affect at all the skeleton. The etiology is unknown because usually no infectious agents are found at the site of the lesion. The clinical course is variable with remissions and exacerbations. We present two OCMR cases of paediatric age, with forms different from clinical presentation, lessions with different locations and clinical different evolutions. Initially in both cases we diagnose osteomielitis of etiología infectious, later we discard it, because we do not find germs in the lesions, and the patients did not answer to the antibiotics.
