Abstract
Primary lymphoma of bone is rare in children and its non-specific clinical presentation requires a high clinical suspicion and paraclinical support to establish the diagnosis and provide a comprehensive approach. We report the case of 9 years-old patient who was diagnosed of multifocal primary B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma of bone 6.5 weeks from symptoms onset. She received combined treatment based on BFM (Berlin-Frankfurt-Munster) protocol with a good medical response. She remains in complete remission (CR) after 24 months of follow-up.
