Abstract
Toxic epidermal necrolysis is an entity described by Lyell under various etiological forms. The authors present the case of a fourteen months female infant, who was being treated with drugs. It is a rare and severe form during the first years of life, connected with drugs. Above all, they in sist on the clinical and ethiological diagnosis. The evolution was good after four weeks of treatment, with a recuperation without important sequels.
