Abstract

Toxic epidermal necrolysis is an entity described by Lyell under various etiological forms. The authors present the ca­se of a fourteen months female infant, who was being treated with drugs. It is a rare and severe form during the first years of life, connected with drugs. Above all, they in­ sist on the clinical and ethiological diagnosis. The evolution was good after four weeks of treatment, with a recuperation without important sequels.
