Abstract
We refered subacute sclerosing panencephalitis presenting in a child 5 years old characterized by progressive deletereal evolution to semicomatous state, mioclonic episodes and, finally, descerebrating frightness and profound coma. Measles antibody title elevated in blood and CSF with high levels of IgG in CSF and tipical Radermecker complex in EEG are presented.
