Abstract

It realices a study of prevail the tuberculosis in a rural milieu, situated inside an Autonomus Community, in which epidemiological indexes of the TBC is very high, to value the necessity to apply the BCG vaccine to the birth. Instead of the results obtaining, we think not necessary the aplication of the vac­cine to birth, and we propose as alternative, Mantoux intradermoreaction to six and twelve months old, thereinafter annual, chemoprophylaxis of turning, and control of bovine cattle, in our milieu.
