Abstract
A case of a three months old child with Marfan Syndrome is presented. The clinical picture showed a great expressiveness, being the cardiovascular alterations, consisting of aortic dilatation and prolapse of the mitral val ve, the most significant. Others family members with the same afection, but less remarcable alterations, were also identified.
