Abstract
The diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis in children show frequent difficulties. The authors point out the advantages of esophagram as routine method which help in diagnosis and classification of lymph node damage and in the later possible complications. They report three clinical cases which are examples of the value of esophagram in three different situations: in diagnosis doubts, in damage cuantification complementing the tórax radiography, and in detection of later complications.
