The birthrate in Soria: 1900-1980

Abstract

The total birthrate in the city of Soria show an evident increase along the present century; simultaneously, it decreased in the province of Soria and in all Spain during this same period. That is justified by the fact that the future mothers go to deliver to city of Soria and then came back to original place. That would point out the necessity of supporting and increasing the possibilities of the Maternal Centers of Soria capital; or, if would be needed, set up other similar centers in the most important villages of Soria province.
