Abstract
The authors present a diastrophic dwarfism in a short-limbed female infant with rude hands and clubfeet. The thumbs show hitchhiker’s position and severe equino-yarus in both feet. Skull, face and chest are normal which differs from achondroplasia and another osseous dysplasie entities evident in neonatal period. This case appears clearly as a diastrophic dysplasia by its physical and radiological characteristics.
