Abstract
It is presented a patient with an acute illness of shock haemorrhages, coagulation disturbance alterations of the temperature and diarrhoea, which survived with an encephalopathy, and that he would contain in an entity of recent description, the «haemorrhagic shock and encephalopathy» syndrome. Therefore, we comment some aspects of this disease whose individualization is debated.
