Abstract
An example of abdominal lymphatic dysplasie associated with intestinal lymphangiectasia, chyluria and vaginal discharge of chyle (chylous metrorrhea) is presented. In this case, surgical correction was not attempted due to the extension and severity of the lymphatic displasie, and so our patient underwent dietary therapy with middle-chain triglycerides (mct) to decrease the intestinal production of chyle. Evolution was satisfactory after a 30 months follow-up.
