Abstract
A patient with epileptic encephalopathy is reported. The onset disease was neonatal and the EEG showed burst-suppression pattern. The CAT was initially normal, but there was later a cerebral atrophy. The clinical outcome was unfavorable, with persistent seizures and important delay of psychomotor development.
