Abstract
From September 1981 to January 1985, 20 recordings were carried out in children with syncopes. dizziness or faintings, who showed a normal neurologic exploration. From this group 2 cases were rejected as their HR encountered with the presence of sick sinus syndrome. Besides, they were taken measurement of blood. The HR showed anomalies in the frequency and/or the rhythm which hadn't been detected in the ECG in 16 cases. The high incidence of migratory pacemaker and of gandily low frequencies during theu dream helped us catalogue some children as vagotonic from a functional point of view. The discovery of ventricular and supraventricular extrasystoles related to sympatic predominance, and of migratory pacemaker of vagal predominance suggest the existente of a vegetative common disbalance.
