Abstract
Hepatic vascular neoplasms are rare in childhood, hemangioendothelioma being the most frequent. They most often present in young infants as an abdominal mass, and over fifty percent present as high-output congestive heart failure. A hepatic hemangioendothelioma in a four month old girl who also presented hemihypertrophy is reported. This association had not been previously described.
