Abstract
One case of asphyxiating thoracic dysthrophy is described, having been diagnosed at birth and dying at the age of 4 months with restrictive respiratory insufficiency. He presented he typical clinical and radiological fidings of this rare entity. The authors realize differential diagnosis with other osteochondrodysplasias.
