Abstract
We present two cases of Kawasaki disease; one of them was associated with a large gallbladder hydrops that evolved favorably with conservative treatment. Both of them were treated with aspirin (100 mg/Kg/d) and high dose of intravenous gammaglobulin (400 mg/Kg/d). There was not any coronary artery envolvement and the evolution was favourable.
