Abstract

The authors analyze the result of the treatment with LHRH-Depot analogues in a 10 months-old girl with idiopathic precocious puberty. They underline the precocity of the beginning of her clinical signs (5 month-old) the excellent tolerance and response to the treatment. The most interesting aspects, after 18-month treatment period, have been the rapid response in the sexual signs, the reduction of growth velocity and osseous age.
