Abstract

We present a girl (5 years) with a progressive distress syndrome, loss weight, anorexia, and severe cyanosis. Torax X-ray show alveolar pattern compatible with interstitial pneumonitis. The inmunologic, epidemiologic and histopathologic studies conduced to the diagnosis of extrinsec allergic alveolitis to pigeon antigens. The cessation of contact with pigeon antigens and corticotherapy have been succesful.
