Abstract
A case of incontinentia pigmenti which had abnormalities already at the neonatal period is reported. The girl showed vesicles mainly located at extremities and face. The diagnosis was confirmed by the skin biopsy. New skin lesions had appeared when she was 3 months old, but no ophthalmological or neurological disturbs seems to be present.
