Abstract

We present an infant with Pseudohypoaldosteronism admitted to Hospital because he had gained no weight. Hiperkalaemia, hyponatremia, sodium renal loss, increase in plasma renin and Aldosterone Levels, established the diagnosis. The excellent response to the treatment with alfa-fluorade mineralocorticoids is the most irnportant caracteristic, because is not common in those patients. He has received also a salt suplement that contributed to the correct control of the child.
