Abstract
We report a case involving a boby girl with complex partial epilepsy who began a continuous treatment with carbamazepine, at 3 years dose was correct and levels therapeutic. She presented biochemically with pseudohypoparathyroidism type II which normalized 45 days after the suspension of the drug and remained normal 90 to 120 days later.
