Abstract
The Remillard's syndrome associates epilepsy with occipital horns dilatation of lateral ventricules. We report 12 patients who showed this syndrome. Their most characteristic clinical symptoms were epileptic crises (83.3 %) with bad response to treatment in a half of the cases, united to several motor deficits. The etiology has been diverse, mainly related to perinatal factors. These problems are common in the Remillard's syndrome in spite of its rarity. Nevertheless they could be proved with the increasing ability of CAT techniques in most hospitals.
