Abstract
We present a case of Pleurodynia in a young man of ten years and four months old. We were obliged to do an extensive differential diagnostic of abdomen acute, due to the fact that three days before he was with abdominal traumatism and he had a differential diagnostic with a abdominal acute. Subsequently, the affectation respiratory required to discard thoracic pathology. Finally, the final diagnostic was reached by exclusion of other causes, by clinical evolution and demostration of IgG virus Coxsackie antibodies.
