Abstract
We present three cases of craniopharingioma in children admited to our Centre. The grounds for admission were: polyuria-polydidsia in two of the children and below average stature in the remaining case. Although all three cases showed neurological and ophtalmological symptoms, which are normal manifestations of this type of tumor, the earliest sign was the alteration in growth rate. Had due attention been given to this fact, earlier diagnosis would have been made possible.
