Abstract
One case of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy complicated with infectious endocarditis is reported. He was a 13 years old male with fever and cardiac murmur, then the hypertrophic cardyomyopathy was discovered and afterwards a vegetative lesion in mitral valve. The endocarditis was cured with antibiotics, resting only a sequelar mitral insufficiency.
