Abstract
We describe one case of transient hyperphosphatasemia in a 28 month old male that was detected in a routine blood laboratory exam. We emphasized its bening resolution, probably more common than we estimated and their knowledge to avoid unneccesary diagnostics test and familiar anxiety. Event at the date is unkown its etiology and diagnosis is done with Kraut’s criteria.
