Abstract

X-linked agammaglobulinemia (Bruton disease) is a sexlinked recesive disorder characterized by deep depression of humoral inrnunity with normal celular inmunity. The most common clinical pictures are recurrent respiratory and gastrointestinal infections. These infections begin when maternal antibodies decrease. Intravenous inmunoglobuins administration is the treatment of choice. This treatment diminish the number and severity.
