Abstract

X-linked Agammaglobulinemia (Bruton disease) is a sex-linked recesive disorder characterized by a deep depression of humoral inmunity with normal celular inmunity. The most common clinical pictures are recurrent respiratory and gastrointestinal infections. These infections begin when maternal antibodies decreased. Intravenous inmunoglobulins adininistration is the treatment of choice. This treatment diminish the number and gravity of infections.
