Abstract
A 7 years old girl with facial palsy is reported, she had a typical disturb of tympanogram (absence of stapedial reflex in the affected ear and a rapid relief with common therapy) which helped to establish the localization of the damage and the favourable outcome. The usefulness of tympanogram for the localization of damage in the neme path and so, the etiological diagnosis, is commented.
