Abstract
The clinical case of a 3 year old boy, in whom an increase of seric phosphatse was found in a rutinary analysis, is reported. The knowledge of this benign syndrome may avoid large and expensive studies, that they are moreover are unnecessary due to the transient character of the disturb.
