Abstract
We present the case of a child who from the age of 4 has had high levels of transaminases without other clinical or analytical findings of further interest. Such high levels are initially attributed to toxic hepatitis, related to a treatment with tuberculostatics. However the final diagnosis is a Becker type muscular distrophy with healthy liver.
