Abstract
The "Atrioventricular and ventriculoarterial discordance" o "Corrected transposition of the great vessels" is a rare cardiac defect (2 / 100.000 living newborns). Rarely associates cardiac defects are missing (ventricular septal defect (75%), tricuspid valve anomaly (30-70%), subpulmonary obstruction, atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus... Besides presents a high risk of complete heart block (32%). We show a singular case of corrected transposition of the great vessels in an adolescent without associate cardiac defects, neither heart block. The left convexity of cardiac outline and the wave q in V1-V2-V3, allow to suppose. It need to check the high risk of complete heart block, at any age.
