Abstract

The acrolocalized papuloviscular syndromes are made up of diseases in which the lesions have a very similar morphology and different etiopathogeny which is not well known in some of them. Within the childhood acropapulosis, the Gianotti-Crosti disease in relation to the hepatitis B virus is included. We report a case of childhood acropapulosis in a five-year old boy with the characteristic that at fourteen days of the onset of the lesions, a varicelous exanthem began.
