Abstract
Abstract The clinical cases of two infants with benign myoclonias, practically identical to infant spasms of the West syndrome, but with normality of the EEG and psychomotor development are described. Recognition of this syndrome is important in order to avoid performing useless complementary studies, to not express an ill-fated prognosis and to not administer potentially toxic drugs.
